Why it works
Bonito, piparra and pepper make up the most classic gilda and toast of the north.
The Millésime's fine bubbles cut through the richness of the bonito and refresh every bite.
How to serve it
Make skewers of tuna belly, piparra and pepper, or toasts with a drizzle of oil from the tin itself.
Sparkling wine very cold, at 6–8 ºC.
Storage
Tinned goods in a cool, dry place. Once opened, in the fridge and covered with oil. Sparkling wine lying down, away from light.
