Why it works
Patxaran is Navarre's liqueur par excellence, and here it also appears in the chocolate and the biscuits: a set with a common thread.
Belasco's gold bottle makes the set a beautifully presented gift, and the chocolate with orange adds a citrus counterpoint.
How to serve it
Patxaran very cold, between 0 and 4 ºC, on its own or with a large ice cube.
The chocolate at room temperature, in small squares next to the liqueur.
Storage
Liqueurs upright, away from light and heat. Chocolates between 15 and 18 ºC, away from humidity.
