Storage and pairing

Why it works

It brings together the great names of Navarre's garden and pantry: asparagus, piquillo, sheep's cheese and txistorra.

The crianza goes with the cheese and the txistorra; a rosé, with the piquillo and the asparagus.

How to serve it

Asparagus cold with a drizzle of oil. Piquillos warmed in a pan with garlic.

Cheese at room temperature. Txistorra on the griddle, without oil, with bread.

Storage

Tinned goods and wine in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Cheese and txistorra chilled. Check the dates on each pack.
