Why it works

It brings together Pamplona's festive brunch (txistorra, chorizo and rosé) with the patxaran and sweets for afterwards.

How to serve it

Txistorra and chorizo on the griddle, with bread. Rosé at 8–10 ºC.

Patxaran very cold with the biscuits and the chocolate.

Storage

Cured meats in a cool place or chilled once opened. Wine and liqueur upright, away from direct light.
