Storage and pairing
Why it works
Four chocolates of different intensity for a tasting at home, from mildest to most intense.
The sweet garnacha softens the bitterness of the cocoa and lengthens the finish.
How to serve it
Chocolate at room temperature, in small squares. Start with the cherry and honey and finish with the 85 %.
Sweet wine at 12–14 ºC.
Storage
Chocolates between 15 and 18 ºC, away from humidity. Wine in a cool place; once opened, in the fridge.
