A fresh white and an arróniz oil, the native Navarrese variety, complete the table.

How to serve it

Menestra and artichokes sautéed with a little ham. Pochas hot, without boiling hard.

White at 8–10 ºC.

Storage

Tinned goods in a cool, dry place. Once opened, in the fridge and eat within 2–3 days. Oil away from light.
